Is Properly an alternative to a traditional estate agent?
The seller-led digital model replaces a percentage-based platform fee with an agreed fixed package and shared coordination tools. You conduct viewings. Properly is not an estate agency or law firm, and any regulated work requires the appropriate independent provider.
What does the €3,995 package include?
The package includes VAT, the digital sale workflow and agreed independent lawyer help under a written scope. It is paid at the start and is not a completion-only fee. Taxes, official charges, debt repayment and work outside scope are separate unless expressly included.
Can I use Properly if I already found a buyer?
Yes, describe the property and proposed terms, invite the other party and request the assistance you need. Finding a buyer does not remove ownership, mortgage, contract or official transfer requirements.
Does Properly have a local estate agency office in every city?
No such office network is claimed. Properly provides online coordination for suitable properties in areas administered by the Republic of Cyprus, with the actual professional appointment and scope confirmed separately.
