One fixed service price
The package is €3,995 including VAT, paid at the start only after suitability, itemised scope and the direct client–advocate engagement are agreed. Impactify LTD provides the platform services; the independent advocate provides the separately agreed legal work. It does not increase with the sale price and is not contingent on a completed sale.
Start with a suitability check
Record ownership, title deed status, any mortgage, your timing and known issues. Standard cases need a confirmed scope; disputes, missing title or unusual arrangements may need a separate quote.
You lead the viewings
Meet buyers yourself and use the case tasks and conversation to organise follow-up. Properly does not offer a public property catalogue or act as your viewing agent.
Professional work where it belongs
The accepted case lawyer handles the agreed legal checks, contract and settlement coordination under a separate engagement. Any regulated agency service requires an appropriately licensed provider.

Opening a case is free. The fixed-price digital sale package is €3,995 including VAT, paid at the start after suitability, scope and professional engagement are agreed. Opening a case does not collect payment. Any package payment follows the agreed scope and professional engagement.

Start with the registered owners, available title information, mortgage position and the physical home. List alterations, known issues and proposed inclusions. If you cannot establish a point, record it as a question for the appropriate professional instead of turning an assumption into an advertising claim.
Choose a viewing plan you can support. The seller handles enquiries, access and presentation in this model. Properly organises the shared process, while the appointed lawyer handles the agreed professional work. You retain the decision about the asking price and which offer to accept.

A percentage fee changes with the sale price. The €3,995 Properly package including VAT does not. However, an agency quote may include activities you handle yourself here, and some providers may have lower fixed quotes for a narrower assignment. Compare the same work before deciding.
Properly is paid at the start after scope and engagement are agreed, including where the sale later does not complete under the agreed terms. A completion-contingent commission has a different payment trigger. Ask about cancellation, exclusions and professional fee allocation before paying.
A digital alternative to disconnected manual coordination
A typical manual process can scatter the brief, documents and outstanding questions across calls and email. Properly gives those practical steps a shared case, with roles, requests and progress records. It does not remove due diligence, certified documents or official formalities.
Invite an identified buyer when ready, clarify professional representation and prepare the terms for the lawyer. Keep confidential advice separate. Optional marketing, taxes, official charges, debt repayment, surveys and work outside the package remain separate unless the written agreement includes them.
Properly is a technology and coordination platform. Independent professionals carry out regulated work under their own appointments. The case lawyer’s client and scope must be clear, and the other party may need separate independent advice. Read the platform role and scope.
